If your delegates are likely to have a sweet tooth and you don’t want to disappoint them, it’s worth double checking that your buffet lunch will include a pudding of some sort. Not all countries place as much importance on sweet items at lunch as we do in the UK. You may find that you need to order additional items to satisfy your delegate’s sugar cravings.
