Don't Shoehorn Your Delegates
It goes without saying that for a large conference to run smoothly, it takes meticulous planning and attention to detail. It may sound obvious, but it’s essential that you do a thorough site inspection and familiarise yourself with the venue layout. That way you can utilise as many entrances as possible and carefully plan how you are going to get all your delegates into the room and seated as quickly and smoothly as possible. You can also make sure you have enough staff available to help channel the delegates through.
