In Issue 5 of ‘In Any Event’ we introduced you to e-Communicate, an exciting new tool that we were developing to help our clients organise all the documentation created for an event in one central, accessible location. We’re delighted to announce that it is now fully tested and we can offer it to all our clients.

e-Communicate has been specially designed to help our clients keep track of all the important documentation created in the run-up to an event. It’s a secure web portal where we can upload the latest drafts of proposals, costings, contracts, presentations, photographs etc, so you and your colleagues know where to go to lay your hands on the latest drafts of the information you need, and we can be confident we’re not overloading your email inboxes! Just think of all those emails with very large attachments, copied to six people and updated three times!

Over the last few months we’ve been testing and refining the tool to make sure it works properly and is simple and straightforward to use. We asked some of our clients and suppliers to trial it for us and here’s what they had to say…
