New Partnership to Enhance Global Service Offering (11/11/2009)
Oxford International has recently entered into a new partnership with Philadelphia based Gray Consulting International Meetings & Incentives (Gray). The collaboration is a strategic move to enhance our global service in response to an increased demand for US meetings.

The new partnership will significantly improve both companies’ ability to achieve greater cost savings and deliver an improved delegate experience for their clients.
Commenting on the partnership, John Walker, Managing Director, Oxford International remarked, “We’re receiving an increasing number of briefs for meetings in the US and it makes sense for us to have a trusted and reliable partner in North America whose resources, knowledge and experience we can tap into.”
The two companies will collaborate on client briefs to capitalise on their respective knowledge and experience of the European and US markets. Both companies will achieve cost savings for their clients by using appropriate resources on each continent to book flights, conduct site visits and provide on-site assistance at meetings.

John Walker added, “It’s a natural fit for us to team with Gray and I am confident that they are the right partner for us. Our two organisations complement each other perfectly. Not only are our client bases predominantly pharmaceutical, but we’re both independent agencies and we share the same values and operational approach.”
Based in Philadelphia, Gray is an award winning, independent meeting and event agency with more than 15 years in the industry. Its client base is 95% pharmaceutical and in the US Gray has been ranked in CMI’s ‘Top 25’ most influential full service agencies for the last three years.
Scott Gray, CEO, commented, “This is a pivotal partnership that signifies the beginning of a new business strategy for both companies. It is Oxford International’s and Gray’s top priority to achieve maximum value for money for all our clients and this new collaboration will enable us to do just that.”
The new partnership will also deliver significant benefits to delegates attending a meeting on either continent. The two companies will be able to provide delegates with easy access to immediate assistance in an appropriate time zone.
John Walker commented, “If a delegate on the west coast of America requires assistance when they’re registering for an event, or wants to discuss their flights with us, obviously we’re seriously impeded by the time difference across the continents. The partnership with Gray means we can provide access to a fully briefed and professional event team who are in a more convenient time zone and who are readily available to deal with any queries.”
