We take your investment in your event and in our services very seriously.
We operate one of the most comprehensive, open and accurate costing sheets in the industry. That means you will only pay for the work we actually do and there will be no surprises in your bill as additional costs are always pre-agreed.
We have operated a fee-based system for a number of years and we are confident that it is the fairest way to charge for our expertise and service. Normally, our management fees are based on time sheet cost parameters which we estimate based on our experience of running similar events. Naturally, if the nature of the work changes substantially we will inform you of the revised fee and seek your approval. Accurate timesheets are maintained and are available for inspection.
All costs are presented in a menu format with a full breakdown of each service or supply, along with a comparison against initial estimated cost.
